Terms & Conditions 

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you and all members of your travelling party have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and applies between you and Travel4.


Booking Contract

The individual making the booking must be 18 years of age or older and accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all passengers listed on the booking. This person is fully responsible for ensuring that all payments due for the booking are made in full.

Travel4 acts solely as a disclosed agent for third-party suppliers, including airlines, tour operators, hotels, and consolidators. When you book any product through us, the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions—along with the airline’s conditions of carriage—will also apply to your booking.

We strongly advise reviewing the supplier’s terms before completing your purchase. Copies of supplier conditions can be requested from us, and applicable airline or supplier rules will be included within your travel documents or ticket wallet.


Liability & Responsibility

As an agent, Travel4 is not responsible for the delivery or performance of services provided by third-party suppliers. However, we may be held liable where we have acted negligently or provided misleading or incorrect information.


Your Responsibilities

All transactions made under your name or account remain your financial responsibility. Bookings must be made by individuals who have the legal capacity to do so. For group or family bookings, the lead passenger is responsible for payments for all travellers.

You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Once you receive your e-ticket or hotel voucher, it is your responsibility to update your contact details directly with the airline or hotel, including email address and phone number, to receive important updates.

Failure to provide valid payment details may result in tickets not being issued, fare increases, or booking cancellation. This website must not be used for speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.


Airline & Supplier Rules

You are required to comply with airline rules, including check-in times, reconfirmation requirements, and travel documentation policies. Travel4 is not responsible for cancellations caused by missing visas, passports, or failure to follow airline rules.

Airfares may be subject to additional fare rules regarding changes, refunds, and length of stay. Flexible tickets usually carry higher costs. Tickets must be used in the order shown on your itinerary—failure to do so may lead to cancellation of onward flights without refund.

Some airlines require flight reconfirmation up to 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in denied boarding or cancellation without refund. We strongly recommend confirming all flights directly with the airline.

While we aim to ensure accuracy, information displayed on the Travel4 website—including prices, availability, and descriptions—may change and is provided for guidance only. Errors or omissions will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible once identified.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and may change without notice. Quoted prices include applicable taxes and transaction fees at the confirmed quotation stage.

Certain destinations may require local departure or arrival taxes, which remain the passenger’s responsibility. Travel4 is not liable for denied boarding due to unpaid local taxes.

Some fares include non-refundable booking or service fees charged by Travel4. Additional service fees may apply for amendments, cancellations, or refund requests.

If an airline fare changes or an incorrect fare is identified, you will be notified where possible. You are responsible for any fare difference. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in booking cancellation.


Flight Disruptions

In cases of denied boarding, flight delays, or cancellations, responsibility lies with the airline or supplier. Travel4 does not control airline schedule changes but will assist where possible. Any compensation or reimbursement is subject to airline policies.


Booking Availability

All products and services offered are subject to availability at the time of booking.


Online & Telephone Bookings

You must provide complete and accurate information when booking online or by phone. Payments must be made using your own card or a third party card with express authorisation.

Bookings are confirmed once payment is accepted and a confirmation email is issued. Cancellation charges may apply from this point onward.


Special Requests

Special requests (such as seating preferences, meals, or assistance) will be forwarded to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.


Pregnancy & Medical Fitness

Pregnant travellers must check airline-specific policies before booking. Medical clearance or documentation may be required. Travel insurance covering pregnancy is strongly recommended.


Children & Infants

Certain destinations may require original birth certificates for children. Infants must meet minimum age requirements set by airlines. Seating arrangements and infant fares are subject to airline policies.


Payments & Fraud Prevention

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Deposits must be followed by balance payments before the due date, or bookings may be cancelled and deposits forfeited.

To prevent fraud, Travel4 may request identity verification documents. We reserve the right to reject bookings where payment verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.


Amendments & Cancellations by You

Changes and cancellations are governed by supplier rules. Administration fees apply in addition to supplier penalties. All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing and during business hours.


Force Majeure

Travel4 is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, adverse weather, or airline operational issues.


Airline or Supplier Cancellations

Where flights are cancelled or rescheduled by the airline, the supplier’s conditions apply. Options may include re-routing, date changes, or refunds based on supplier cost price—not the retail price paid. Refund processing may take several weeks.


EMD Travel Voucher Policy

Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) vouchers may be issued at our discretion as a goodwill gesture. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and redeemable only through Travel4 for future bookings within the stated validity period.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking. Insurance should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen expenses.


Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with passport validity, visa requirements, transit regulations, and health documentation. Requirements may change without notice. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or deportation at your own cost.


Service Charges

Certain services provided by Travel4 are subject to non-refundable service charges in addition to supplier fees.
